High schoolers net national awards

Eleven high school journalists in Indiana were honored in the National Federation of Press Women’s high school communications contest, the organization announced in May.

The students had previously won first-place awards in the WPCI high school contest, and those entries were sent on to the national level. (See a full list of the state-level winners.)

These students will be honored at the NFPW conference in St. Louis in June.
